Consultation application.

A one-time, no-commitment look at your dog and your goals — in your home or virtual. Fill this out and Jacqueline will follow up with your contract and invoice.

  • In-home or virtual consultation/lesson combo (1–1.5 hr) to go over history, routines, known behaviors, problem behaviors, etc. and begin with training exercises
  • Outline of training exercises, and product recommendations provided (emailed)
  • Informational handouts to aid in training

All fields required unless noted. After you submit, Jacqueline reviews your application and emails you a contract and pre-paid invoice — both to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
